A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Alan qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and practised as a senior associate solicitor in the family law department of the leading Dublin firm in which he completed his traineeship. Alan and has over twenty years of specialist experience in all aspects of family law to include divorce, judicial separation, cohabitation, the recognition of foreign divorce, pre-nuptial agreements, pensions, maintenance and access and custody. He has been involved in leading family law cases at all Court levels and has extensive knowledge and understanding of the issues involved in the settlement of financial and property disputes.
Alan is the former chairperson of the Family Lawyers’ Association of Ireland.
